All contests are open to U.S. residents over 18 years of age, except employees and the immediate families of Carrol Media and all other broadcasting companies doing business in Fremont County including but not limited to their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, participating manufacturers and advertising agencies.
The determination of eligibility lies solely and exclusively with KTRZ and KWYW FM. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Contestants may qualify only once for any contest or drawing. No person may win a prize or qualify for a drawing or contest within thirty (30) days of winning another contest or prize .
Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all fees or taxes associated with receiving the prize. KTRZ and KWYW are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or cancelled prizes, such as a cancelled concert.
